About the Association
Swiss Osteopororis Registry Association
Members of the Swiss Osteoporosis Registration Association are doctors interested in osteoporosis. The association was founded in the summer of 2006 under the name Osteoporosis Platform and has been known as the Swiss Osteoporosis Registration Association (SORA) since the summer of 2025.
The board consists of doctors interested in osteoporosis who themselves perform bone density measurements.

Improve Long-Term Health
The association pursues strategic, operational and financial goals in order to improve the long-term health of those affected through the network.
Calculate Fracture Risk
With the osteoporosis early detection tool «TOP», SORA provides general practitioners and other interested parties with an interactive tool for calculating fracture risk.
